1. Definitions

• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously closed an account with mpoten due to gambling-related problems. If you have self-excluded, you must respect the exclusion period.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian identity card, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered as authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorized party, you must immediately notify our customer support team at [email protected] and change your password.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

mpoten is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You will be required to submit the following documents:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian identity card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number.
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

mpoten accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but unusually large deposits may be subject to additional verification for security purposes. Deposits are typically processed instantly, but processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. mpoten reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that originates from a source not belonging to the account holder.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. You may only withdraw funds to an Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

mpoten does not charge any fees for withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may charge their own processing fees, which are beyond our control. Before a withdrawal is processed, mpoten reserves the right to verify that wagering requirements have been met and that no fraudulent activity has occurred.

If your account shows suspicious activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of automated betting systems, mpoten reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending investigation.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

mpoten maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy. All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement applies to both bonus funds and real money deposits. If you attempt to withdraw funds without meeting minimum wagering requirements, the withdrawal may be declined.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

mpoten reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts of players found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

7. Gameplay Rules and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage

mpoten makes no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of our services. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, technical issues may occasionally occur. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, affected bets will be voided, and stakes will be returned.

mpoten's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the preceding six months.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.2 mpoten-Initiated Termination
